He didn’t exactly expect anything from them from the get-go but it comes to a surprise whenever they do such things like this even for him. They’re literally all co-workers. He stared for a good moment before he took it gingerly and nodded sluggishly. “Thank you.”

Summary
As it be when a new relationship starts, this couple felt like they couldn't keep their hands off of one another. This relationship was still so new, so fresh that they wanted to kiss and hold each other and to never let go. And basically, that's what they did, snuck into a room to have some time to themselves.

"Not much, angel," Sugilite says, pressing a kiss to Sunday's lips, smiling- even like this, Sunday thinks as he removes Sugilite's coat to put it up on the coat hanger, he can see how fatigued and irritable the Stoneheart has been, even as he makes an effort to soften his voice around Sunday. "Just Opal seeming to think that repeated hours of desk work don't take their toll on the average person's shoulders. Little bastard."
Ah. That made sense.
Or- Sugilite is irritable from overwork. Sunday offers to help. It leads to what one can only call a happy ending.
