Jay is deeply mistreated in the navy and trained heavily from a young age. She didn't know her family would not be the ones to tend to her, to the navy she was a misbehaving teenager going through a rebellious phase. She was learning why she should leave.
Her story still continues but without a heavy uniform and a tight bun adorned with medals and weight, it continues with a new comfortable home and loving family.

A horn sounding alarm is ringing heavily in the slime hybrids ears, like one of those church bells. Loud and straining, he tries to claw his way home from being killed so many times he has only his sword to show for it, left as a worn metal. His gas mask stripped of him for prides sake. He just wants to be home,, dad will take care of him.

Fear always radiates through the multiverse no matter how hard and hearing the cries of a god is no different.
Their partners just wish that they could help and hold because with time things will begin to heal, the two want to see it happen and be there for him. Disagreeing with the pain ink puts himself through.
