This is based on a thought I had whilst reading Dark Bats by yakuit, whilst i suppose it isn't strictly necessary for you to read their fic to read this one i woukd highly recomend it as not only is it a good read it'll also help you understand what's going on in mine a little better.

After watching the press comfrence, Tim panicked. Almost all of Gotham was going to be looking for the poor little boy that was mentally unfit that Brucie Wayne had graciously took in. tim gets de-aged and gets dragged back to the cave against his will, he gets vengeful and shows the batfam exactly what he was like before they knew him. shenanigans ensure, hugs are never escaped, pranks pulled, and bullying is a very possible possibility.
Basically kid tim getting to be a menace to society and be the unhinged gremlin he is.

Now, Tim would normally say he’s a pretty chill guy. In fact, he believes himself to be the least chaotic of the Bats (Excluding Cass. Any chaos that happened around her was simply not her fault, no exceptions). They certainly were not the first people that came to mind when Tim thought about relaxing in any capacity. Don't even get him started on Bruce.
