Summary
The funny thing is, Stiles actually has no idea who just climbed through his window. Doesn't really care, either. All he wants to do is catch a few hours of uninterrupted sleep before the nightmares drag him back to consciousness.
Again.
Still, he expects some sort of snarky response if it's Derek or Peter. Or maybe the vocal embodiment of Scott's puppy dog eyes if it's his best friend.
He doesn't expect several seconds of silence.
And he definitely doesn't expect the sudden and unmistakable thump of a body hitting the ground.

When they finally looked up, Chan's grip on the gun loosened a bit.
It was a boy. He had round brown eyes, and, even with no sparkle, they were still the most beautiful eyes he had ever seen. The boy was naked under the blanket. On his neck, a black leather collar sits as a sign of ownership. He could read the name of the alpha he had just killed, engraved on the tag—Kang Hajoon. That must've been an omega slave of his.
"Are you finally gonna kill me?" the boy asked, his voice deep and scratched.

“Great! I’ve never wandered around this part of town before, it’s nice. But wow, I’m starving. I didn’t get a chance to grab breakfast because I found myself in that bookstore, you know the one that’s like two blocks down? I mean, not that I’m just here for the food. I wanna hang out with you too. Thanks for inviting me.” He clamps his mouth shut and smiles awkwardly.
Derek gets the idea that as much as he appears to be confident, Stiles is still a fish out of water and his verbal filter is – okay he never really had one so there’s that. Derek isn’t turned off yet though so he just smiles and says, “No problem, just felt like the right thing to do.”
Stiles frowns at that, “What do you mean?"
“You said your home isn’t welcoming you anymore.”
“Doesn’t mean I’m homeless!”
Derek’s eyebrows rise, surprised at the assumption Stiles thinks he made.
