Her blonde hair are undone and falling down her shoulders; her hands are covering her face, but Battler knows exactly what her eyes and nose and mouth look like, having seen them on seemingly two different people in the course of the day. She’s wearing a boy’s uniform— so it all clicks for Battler rather quickly, although he can’t think of a reason; he really is a quick-thinker, although perhaps not when someone keeps cackling above his ear.
