Summary
Basically! President Snow thinks that the fandoms are corrupt, and makes The Lead Scientist make a machine to send all of the fanfic writers to their favorite troupe and fandom.
(He does this in order to say that he was doing them a favor)
He ends up accidentally pushing a button that made the people sorta connect with the worlds, so now they can’t be brought back.
