In which Peter is handling his collapsing life just fine as a freshman college student, who is also a vigilante, who is also having problems with life as an enhanced person, and it kind of feels like the world is ending all of the time, and then this "Deadpool" asshat crashes into his life. He knew he was hoping for the latter.

Peter hasn't spoken to Tony in two months - not since their argument. It had been stupid really, and looking back Peter wasn't sure if he could even pinpoint what started it, but he hadn't been back to the Tower since. He had been too ashamed of his behaviour to face Tony, and had no intentions to return. But then, his class field trip is announced - to Stark Industries.
Peter is determined to keep his head down, swallow his hurt at the genius' rejection, and get through this trip as smoothly and painlessly as possible.
Tony isn't interested in seeing him anyway.
