“I think. Maybe we try a threesome,” Rose said. Watched as Shane’s face underwent so many expressions at once she worried for a half second he might be having a stroke.
When his face had calmed down, chosen one expression - something bland and rigid - Shane spoke. “Um,” he said. “I. I’m not sure sure if. If that’s what you want, yes, we can, of course. I just don’t think that will. Having another. Woman. There. Would help my. Performance?”
She nodded, squeezed his hand. “I wasn’t thinking of another woman,” she said, interested to see if this would be more or less panic inducing for Shane. “I was thinking a guy. I know Miles would be interested.”
Rose begins her break up/you are gay talk with Shane, and Shane derails it in a last ditch attempt at proving to himself that he can be what he thinks he should be. They agree to give their relationship another go, and are ridiculous about it.

“Ilya?” A voice called, and both Ilya and Shane looked in the direction of the voice. The room was blurry for Shane, but Ilya’s reaction put him at ease. Once Shane focused hard enough through his drunken, lust-riddled brain, he made out with a tall, tanned and muscular brunette and a pale blonde standing next to him at about the same height.
“Alex?” Ilya’s smile split his lips entirely. Right. Kip had told him that Alex Claremont-Diaz and his husband, His Royal Highness Prince Henry had made it out tonight. Ilya must not have been listening. Still, Shane was surprised he knew Alex. He even seemed to like him so much they hugged. Maybe it was the alcohol.

But at least he's never had to leave Paris, and he can't really picture himself anywhere else in the world. Well, no, maybe that's not true. There might be one place, but he only knows it from letters and the occasional postcard.

When the Super Six gather for game night at Henry and Alex's Brooklyn Brownstone, they never expected a "Prince Henry" card to be in the new expansion pack. It sends the group into a fit of laughter while embarrassed Henry takes a bit to find the humor in it - mostly thanks to his enthusiastic boyfriend Alex who enjoys this a little too much.
