Summary
Kiyoomi watches from his corner booth as Atsumu stands at the bar chatting with Bokuto, both obviously tipsy. His flushed cheeks reflected in the warm light, posture loose and relaxed. He was recounting some story, a seemingly hilarious one by the way his laughter streamed out. It sounded sharp but honey sweet. Fuck.
Kiyoomi could do nothing but put his elbows on the table and plant his head between them, seething. HE wanted to be the one to make him laugh like that. HE wanted to leave those marks on him. How could he have so easily fallen (in lust, of course) for that fucking idiot. He can’t even say he just wants to fall into bed with him. It would be so much easier if he could. (repeat: he has totally only fallen in lust) He loses focus again and bangs his head on the table. Great, now he’s got a bump in his head and his pants.

Atsumu’s eyes widen, what the FUCK did he mean kiss him when there were so many people around them. Much less in a freaking club, someone could possibly record them.
“Wha-“ Atsumu pauses for a second and blinks because no this cannot be real, “Are ya fucking serious?” Atsumu’s face is full of confusion, his eyebrows furrowing inwards.
“So you admit defeat?” the stranger says calmly while sipping the last of his drink.
Oh hell no, Atsumu would not admit defeat. One thing about Atsumu is that he never knew when enough was enough and took things too far. This stranger was in for it.

Most professional athletes would bloom with pride when they look in the mirror and see big muscles or a tall stature. Sakusa Kiyoomi, standing at over six-foot, incredibly rare for an omega, hated how he looked. On the court, he loved his height and strength. The chef averts his eyes, closes them and screams internally.

“I know.” He answers.

Summary
"You fucking suck," Sakusa tells him, then shakes his head. He completely gives up using the wine glass and sips straight from the bottle instead. "Have we talked about frogs tonight? Or ferrets? Lets talk about them, please."
"I wish I were an owl so I could lay eggs," Bokuto tells Inunaki next to him.
"I thought I was talking about fun frog facts," Sakusa cuts in, comically put out.
"Oh. Sorry. Continue."
Atsumu watches Sakusa continue his tangent on frogs. He learns a lot of things while listening to Sakusa's smooth voice, hands gesturing aimlessly as he explains. Frogs are diverse, tailless amphibians, with permeable skin that allows them to breathe and "drink" water directly through their bodies. They are carnivores with teeth, capable of jumping over 20 times their height and using their eyes to help swallow food. As of tonight, Miya Atsumu might be hopelessly more than in-like with Sakusa Kiyoomi. Ah, fuck.
A text from Ushijima on Sakusa's phone leads Atsumu into believing they're dating. Obviously, the only option now is to spend all his time with Sakusa until he realizes that Atsumu's the better option.Bookmarked by Kaylele
