In which Alastor begrudgingly explores his relationship with touch, intimacy (in all its forms), and Lucifer (also in all his forms).

Summary
After being wounded by Adam and captured by Vox, Alastor lost everything. Stripped of his power, reputation, and dignity, he comes close to completely resigning himself to this sickening fate, if not for the most unexpected person stepping in.
For his part, Lucifer had no idea what he’s getting into, but now that his life and Alastor’s were quickly intertwining, he's willing to figure it out—for better or for worse.

Summary
Late at night, Vox returns from a meeting to find Alastor asleep in his chair. Again. Whenever Alastor is left alone, he sleeps. In an attempt to find out why his captive has been so exhausted as of late, Vox makes the mistake of falling in love with him all over again.
Early in the morning, Alastor wakes up somewhere he didn’t fall asleep, freed from his restraints. Left alone with breakfast, a long letter from Vox and the offer of a deal, he takes some time to reflect on his current state.

When they first return to the hotel—Lucifer dragged there with one arm flung across each of Vaggie and Charlie’s shoulders, Husk and Cherri huddled to each other’s sides, and Niffty and Baxter buzzing excitedly together at the back of their sad little procession—Alastor flings open the doors to their grand parlor, gestures whole-heartedly with his staff, and watches as the fine, golden entertainment center that Lucifer conjured so many months ago, up to and *especially* the television at its core, sails merrily through the nearest window.
Then Alastor makes his way up ten flights of stairs and a ladder, and does not emerge of his own volition for forty-eight hours straight.

When Lucifer laughed this time, it sounded somewhat less warm and merry than it had before, a note of dark promise caressing his chesty tenor, “Oh, Bambi. You’ll be lucky to remember your name by the time we’re through.”

His Radio Demon was out cold by the time Lucifer settled in the bed with him in his arms, absently stroking his ears with one hand while staring sightlessly at his phone, wondering if maybe he’d finally lost his mind.
Fatigue, vomiting, weight gain, mood swings, strange cravings…
It wasn’t possible. Sinners literally couldn’t reproduce. And yet…
Maybe he should contact Belphagor and see if she could give him a checkup. At least he knew he could count on her discretion. He didn’t have to tell Alastor why. The Sinner would laugh him out of the room if he so much as mentioned the “p” word.
Or murder him.
Really, it could go either way.

Against all odds (and his own biology), the great and powerful Radio Demon has caught pregnancy and IT IS ALL LUCIFER'S FAULT. Lucifer, meanwhile, finds out he doesn't have to protect his deer from Hell so much as he has to protect Hell (and his deer) from Alastor, himself...

Summary
After modern science fails Alastor's ailing mother, his underground contacts land him over 600 miles away from home in the Blue Ridge Mountains, staring down a hollow-eyed woman with a deal. If Alastor agrees to an indeterminate residency watching over an isolated stretch of the mountain, his mother will be taken care of. At the end of his options, Alastor agrees to ensure his mother's survival.
When a monster begins stalking the cabin he's been granted, Alastor realizes he didn't understand the ramifications of the pact he made...one he can no longer escape.
