The Lord of the Nine Hells seethed as he laid, prostrate and bound, in the center of the Everlight's sitting room.
He did little else these days. Largely because there wasn't much else to do when one became the pet of the Dawnfather and the Everlight. His days were spent tied up like a dog until his Masters found leave to grant him their attention before disappearing back to their business.
It was an cruel and wicked system.

Etho wanted to go down and stand close to her– she’d be the slightest bit taller, broader, with a cooler body temperature than his, she’d be relaxed as soon as she could see he wasn’t bleeding too much– she would not be those things, because Etho was letting his brain run away with him and this was one hundred percent a trick.
“There, is that better?” the zombie called up to him. Etho tensed. “I literally murdered those other guys, just as I promised I would. Are you finally convinced now that I’m not here to kill you?”
