A blink, a slow turning of the head. Midas-spun sun, sinking its long gold teeth into Yuuji’s frame. Against the light, he’s darkening in ink blue. “Yeah? What’s up?
“Let’s go home.” Megumi murmurs.
Yuuji's eyes soften. “Okay.” He says, and pulls Megumi close. A sweet kiss presses itself into the seam of his mouth, thick with summer.

Moran considered his strength to be his best attribute. It was this strength that made him useful for William’s plans, and it was his power that he had sworn to devote to his cause.
