Summary
After the events of No Way Home Peter finds himself not able to pay the rent or find a job after he no longer exists, nor his records. He hastily looks for a roommate he can room with while he finds a job, letting him live with them for around a month before he can work out a job that doesn't require identification and earn enough to pay for his half. Luckily an ex military man and current mercenary in need of a roommate is willing to pay for the room as Peter finds a job as long as they can hang out.

“It’s already a fucking miracle you’re not in juvie while being charged with murder—” Izuku flinches “—you can’t afford to slip up.” Mr. Aizawa’s tone is harsh as they slow, his dark eyes resting heavily on him. “Do you understand?”
Izuku nods, whispering a small, “Sorry.”
Mr. Aizawa glares at him, tugging him along, like he doesn’t believe him. “Stop being sorry and just follow the rules.”
Izuku isn’t going to juvie. They said he’s different – doesn’t matter that he’s killed someone, the police is worried about a quirkless child being around other ‘troubled’ kids.
Now this Mr. Aizawa is stuck with him until his trial, and Izuku’s completely, a hundred percent certain that the man absolutely hates him.
