“Sei, what does it feel like to have a fracture?”
Kouki asked him after they read their science textbooks together.
“It would be painful, people with fractures need to rest as much as possible to heal their legs. It would get worse if they continued to abuse it.” Seijuurou turned to look at Kouki and answered his friend. It was an easy question since Seijuurou had read orthopedic textbooks for one of his assignments.
“Oh! Then they would need crutches to support them, right?” Kouki frowned.
“Yes. You need to be careful, Kouki. You are injury prone.” Seijuurou teased Kouki as he tried to make his friend smile instead of frown.
“Sei!” Kouki glared at him, but he started to grip the end of his shirt nervously. “I know… I know I am clumsy, but Sei will be here to support me when I fall right?”
Seijuurou smiled at him and nodded, he would always be beside him to help Kouki after Kouki had so selflessly helped him.
“Thank you, Sei! I will also be here to support you if you ever fall!” Kouki’s eyes crinkled into a wide smile.
