“Tsuki doesn’t have an innate technique. Not one that we know about, anyways.” Megumi tries, but Maki shakes her head. Yuuji’s hand rests on Megumi’s knee, squeezing him lightly as they brace for the news they’re about to hear.
“Well, I guess we got lucky, because it manifested tonight.” Maki sits back, far too casual for such a big moment. Megumi stares between her and Yuuta, who chuckles lightly.
“Surprise.” He says weakly.

The temple was peaceful today. It always looked the most beautiful on sunny spring days. The smell of flowers wafted through the halls on the breeze, carrying with it sweet perfumes and melodies of the wind chimes and bells. The shadows from the buildings painted intricate pictures across the walkways and interior rooms. Each building shone brightly, like they were beacons to some being looking down from the heavens. A cry that they were here, that they were waiting to be visited.
