“I thought I’d lost you,” the man says.
Jisung shrugs, “I’m right here, Minho,” he feels himself saying.
Minho smiles at him fondly, then reaches over and grabs his hand, lacing their fingers together. “Come on,” he says, and then he’s pulling Jisung back through the door with him, into the light.
And then Jisung wakes up.
He blinks his eyes open slowly, pushing his hair away from his face and searching for his clock.
7am. Way too early to be awake on a weekend.
And who the fuck is Minho?

Summary
Just as Minho crested the top of the hill before the clearing, something on the wind caught his attention. He’d never smelled anything like it this far into the woods. It was amber, warm and rich and intoxicating in a way that no one’s scent ever had been to him, but with something metallic tinging the air alongside it.
Blood.
Before he realized what he was doing, he’d changed course to follow the scent along the riverbank, ignoring the confused barks of his pack members.
He wasn’t exactly sure what he’d expected to find at the end of the scent trail, but it certainly wasn’t a tiny deer shifter, who looked to be around his own age, maybe a year or two younger, curled up in his human form and shaking.
OR: Wolf shifter Minho is out on a turkey hunt with his packmates when he finds injured deer shifter Jisung. He's injured, and Minho should put him out of his misery-- but every instinct screamed 'protect'. Even though he didn't know why.

Loved this story, it was perfection!! Wolf shifter alpha Minho being instantly protective and enamored with jisung is the best!! Sweet shifter deer jisung is so cute and precious no wonder Minho is protective!! Love how cute jisung is with his chirps and Little licks to Minho scent glad is!! Of course they are fated mates and they imprinted on each other, they are so perfect for each other! Loved your writing and this story!☺️💚🩷🫶🏻
