Percy has been having dreams that feel more like memories.
Many memories, from the eyes of different people, all with different names and titles and powers. Still, always by his side, was a blond man who looked at him with love in his eyes.
Immortal Apollo only wishes that his partner would stay this time, that he wouldn't have to see him fade away once again.

Percy realised he's the son of Poseidon, far younger than in canon, and the godly world doesn't stay away for long once a demigod realises who they are.

Summary
Poseidon has way too many and way too few children in the same time.
Percy has many Cabin-mates and maybe in contsant non-lethal danger from other water deities.
Those two things are related.
(Or in which the Water deities lay claims over unclaimed Water demigod. It's all fun and game for them and way to expands their family. If the child doesn't have claim over them before they're adult, they're up for adoption and the godly birth parent had to suck it)

In which Cabin Three is a Miniature of Atlantean Court, with children and legacies of the Water and Sea-related deities, instead of their Divine Parent.
It changes very little and a lot in the narratives.
