“That's right,” he said, the toothpick in his mouth bobbing with the words. “And you're Mr. Moriarty.”
“Just William is fine. Mr. Moriarty is what the kids call me,” William said, nodding toward the classroom, children playing with toys or coloring on paper inside. “Your daughter is quite bright. Very self-sufficient.”
