Summary
They rounded the last corner, and Funzo's sprawled out before them in its full chaotic glory—strings of colorful pennant flags, the distant chime-and-clatter symphony of a hundred arcade machines, the smell of popcorn and pizza grease drifting out through the propped-open doors. A group of kids spilled out just then, clutching fistfuls of tickets and shrieking with laughter. It was, by any measure, a perfectly ordinary, perfectly wonderful Saturday.
Which was, of course, exactly when it stopped being ordinary.

Summary
If you asked Louie whether he liked adventures or not—contrary to popular belief—he’d actually say yes. Sure, he preferred the kind of adventures that involved minimal running and maximum treasure, but it wasn’t like he hated them. What he hadn’t expected, though, was to end up back on the plane with no treasure and two brothers half the size they’d been that morning.
