heroblond man, "Lay off the theatrics Zashi- you're scaring him." He reprimanded dryly.His partner(?) looked about ready to retort so Izuku took his one opportunity to sneak towards the only window that looked partially open. His action soon caught the sharp glare of Mr kidnapper.
"Bathroom's down the hall." His thumb pointed behind him and it took everything in Izuku's will power not to tell him that he knew that.
Izuku dejectedly made his way around the living room, going right up against the opposite side of the room to stay away from them.
Kidnapper man merely rolled his eyes muttering "He has your dramatics." before the blond sneakered and leaned in to kiss him on the cheek.
and oh.
Izuku had meant more of a partners in crime type of thing. The boy blushed at the sudden display of affection and speed walked the rest of the way to the bathroom.

Summary
Izuku had a horrible life; but most people did too. So he wasn't going to complain just because of that.
Izuku was able to find contentment in his job at Mcdonalds. And that was enough. But with his ability to see spirits and his horrible luck since childhood. Life was never kind to Izuku.
Really, all in his life; Izuku just wanted to flip some burgers man.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku just wants to lead a quiet, peaceful life. This is foiled by the fact that a) he can see spirits, b) his good nature demands that he help anyone he sees in trouble, and c) he, by all rights, should not exist.
Helping the heroes who have fallen victim to the new quirk-breaking drug is a terrible idea for many reasons, the first and most important being that he hates attention and avoids it like the plague. But he's the only one who can help, so he does.
This is, Izuku decides as he breaks in, more trouble than it's worth.
