Summary
Here they were again, at the end of the world, and Aziraphale wished he had taken the opportunity to love Crowley before. They could have had decades together, being us, but it was too late now. Everything hung on a metaphorical edge of a knife, and they had to come to an agreement before the Almighty made the decision without them. Crowley had never looked as beautiful to Aziraphale as he looked now, leaning against the apple tree and not meeting his gaze.

He stands behind the bench, his hands on the backrest, on either side of Aziraphale’s shoulders. Hands that slit throats, tortured, and worse.
"And Hell..."
Crowley bows his head, his mouth inches from the angel’s ear. The voice grows low, charged with threats:

“Leaves you penniless… crushed… and miserable.” Crowley added an extra hiss to the sibilants, just for fun.
He was not usually one to gloat, not when dealing with humans. This particular specimen, though, and his fire-related threats brought out all the worst demonic qualities in him. So he couldn’t help but smirk at the dismay on the gangster’s face as he stared at the pile of game money in front of Crowley.
