Her best friend was going to another state for college, and the sport she had dedicated most of her life to was over. She was going to Rutgers with an undeclared major expecting to be destined for the same miserable life her mother had. Then she got a call and her entire life was spilling into something she had never expected. Her best friend was pregnant with her ex-boyfriend's baby, and she wasn't about to let her go through it alone. And maybe she did deserve to be happy after all.
