Summary
Harry has never been truly alone, not with his red and gold guardian looking out for him. The Dursley's used to tell him to stop talking to an imaginary person, but Ari is different, she isn't imaginary or a person. She's been a part of him and his magic since before he even knew it existed.
Out of fear for her safety, he's always kept her a secret, but after the tragic events of the Triwizard Tourament, she is forced into the light. Some call her a familiar, some call her a specter, others just call her unnatural, but with Voldemort's return what she is doesn't matter as much as what she can do.
Basically, what if there was a good version of an obscurial that protected the child and their magic instead of consumed them?

Peter couldn’t help the snort. If only the man knew that he was already working for him. “I’ll let you know.”
There must have been something off about his tone, because Tony narrowed his eyes at him and just stared for a few seconds. Peter tilted his head innocently.
“No way you already work for me.”
An innocuous comment sparks an idea that Spider-Man is a Stark Industries employee. Which he is, but surely that’s not enough to out him, is it?
Tony will not rest until his crazy theory gets proven correct.

It’s a common theme by this point that most New Yorkers, especially in Hell’s Kitchen and Queens, will look the other way and leave suspected mutants to themselves. Sure, cops have been known to go harder at mutants for no reason, but most regular people will simply ignore them until they go away.
Or: Peter visits his other vigilante friends, builds a nest, catches a building, goes through a second spider maturity, and masterfully avoids his classmates' revealing questions
