“SAM!” Tommy shouted once again. Dream bristled as his ears continued to go through another round of suffering from a teenager with a lung capacity too big for his ribcage. “SAM, GET ME OUT OF HERE!! SAM, YOU CAN'T JUST LEAVE ME IN HERE CAUSE ‘Something malfunctioned.’ I KNOW YOU HAVE ENDERPEARLS AND FIRE RES!”
Dream sighed as he stared at Tommy, the teen shouting for Sam or, more specifically, at the lava after the announcement of some Redstone malfunctioning in the prison was heard in the cell. His ears started ringing even more, if that was even possible, as Tommy started another round of screaming for Sam, this time even louder.
Dream knew he should probably tell him that there was no drinkable, cold water that would sooth his sore throat afterwards, but it'd be more amusing watching Tommy's disgusted face as he tried to drink lukewarm, probably soiled, probably boiled, water from the cauldron.
Or, my DreamSMP Phase decided to resurface, and my mind keeps replaying Tommy's time as Dream's roomie. School's starting soon so im lowkey hoping for the AO3 Curse.

Tommy bristled, scowling, clearly offended. “Excuse you?” He hissed. “I’m a vampire, Dream. I quite literally need blood to survive.”
And yea, that was definitely not on Dream’s bingo card. He had expected Tommy to be a hybrid, sure. An avian hybrid, maybe. A half-demon like Bad, even. The one thing he didn’t expect was Tommy being a vampire.
It wasn’t until Tommy shrank back that Dream blinked, realizing that he had been staring for far too long. Dream breathed out slowly. Okay. This was...something. “...So, like, how long have you known that you couldn’t eat the stuff I gave you and didn’t say a word about it?”
Tommy swallowed nervously, sheepishly rubbing the back of his neck. “...’Bout since the first time, maybe..? I thought you knew?”
“How the hell was I supposed to know that you’d be a vampire?!” Dream yelled, eyes wide behind his mask as he stared incredulously at Tommy. “You didn’t tell me! Nobody did!”
An AU where SBI are vampires! Dream suffers mentally, somehow gets closer with SBI, and gets a redemption arc.

“You want to try saying that again?”
It wasn’t aggressive but it was just enough to remind Dream that the man in front of him was still an infamous villain built like a tank.
Dream opened his mouth but nothing came out.
Technoblade waited.
“Go on,” the villain said. “Tell me I can’t stay.”
Dream stared at him.
Then he grumbled, “You can stay.”
Technoblade nodded, satisfied. “Good choice.”
OR
Dream runs a quiet plant shop in the middle of a city constantly wrecked by heroes and villains. His only power is a strange "system" that gives him the most random information about the world around him.
It's mostly useless.
Until one morning when it informs him that a dying supervillain is bleeding out on his shop floor.
Instead of turning away, Dream saved one of the most dangerous villains in the city... But that same villain didn't want to leave just yet.
All Dream wanted was to sell plants.
Now he's harboring the most dangerous villain.
Can it get any worse? Most likely it will.

Nightmare stepped further into the room and looked at Dream with its three eyes and seemingly squinted. Dream has had enough of being scared of that thing and snarled at its face.
What he was not expecting was for Nightmare to completely ignore him after that and look back over to his two best friends who were glaring at this creature but not saying a word. Nightmare started to make some kind of gurgle noise and the four creatures that were positioned at the doorway came in and opened both of George’s and Sapnap’s cages.
Dream felt his heart stop as a look of fear flashed in his eyes.

Humans are hostile creatures and the Galactic Council had banned anyone from interacting with them. But alien scientists are too interested and sneak behind their backs. They capture, kill, and study these creatures for their own thirst of knowledge. They happen to capture many humans and kill them off one by one.
However, Dream is not going down without a fight.

Summary
Together, the trio enters the cell, Ranboo taking the lead and standing protectively in front of Tommy and Tubbo, refusing to let Dream hurt them anymore. Except, instead of being met with the cruel, angry tyrant they remember, they're all hit with the foul, putrid odor of moldy and decaying potatoes. And when their eyes adjust from the harshness of the lava curtain to the otherwise dark cell, all they see is red.
Blood. It’s everywhere. Vibrant blood-red splotches cling to the walls, some patches a dark, ugly brown from age.
And huddled in the corner of the cell rests Dream. At least, they assume it’s Dream, because the man with wild, terrified eyes, his breaths coming much-too-quickly from debilitating fear, is nothing like the monster that they’re all so familiar with.
Despite all the conflicts they’ve had with Dream, they just can’t walk away from this inhumane treatment, especially since Dream has already been in this truly awful cell for over a year. And so, even though each of them is nervous and afraid, Bench Trio decides that it’s time for a much-needed prison break.

Summary
Dream has a lot of work and is going crazy paying off his father's debt and paying for his sister's college tuition. A teenage vigilante and an annoying group of villains are definitely not helping his mental state. If in the process he has to investigate the mystery of Pandora's Vault, then this will be just one of his problems along with a broken coffee machine.
