Satoru could still remember how he’d woken up in a cell, drugs in his 16th birthday cake and future abundantly clear.
Gojo Satoru knew nothing but hospital gowns, the scent of rubbing alcohol, medical tables and the restraints around his wrists, of unwanted touches and the living reality of just what could happen to disobedient omegas in their society. He'd learned how to be silent, how to be unmoving and unresponsive, how to blend into the background in hopes of being forgotten. Had learned how to stifle who he really was in hopes that the torture would stop.
Geto Suguru, on the other hand, panicked as an email described the worst mix up in history, his embarrassing sample sent to the fertility clinic and inside one Gojo Satoru instead of being tested for hormone levels. It hadn't taken long to see for himself the inhumanity of such a place, for him to loose his cool and money in exchanged for Gojo, a broken omega on his hands and depression ignored mold still growing in his sink.
And yet he wanted to help, to peal away those layers of trauma and memories to reveal who Gojo really was.
Or, an unlucky intern switched their initials resulting in a pregnant Gojo

El dolor era insoportable, o así lo sentía Gojo, su corazón estaba por salir, las lágrimas ya dolían al limpiar, como si al tocar su rostro se pasará una lija en la cara, sus articulaciones están tan entumecidas, pero aún seguía el ardor de haberse arañado los brazos, por otro lado el calor iba en aumento, estaba en el suelo del baño rogando esto le quitará está molestia, pero la fiebre subía, junto a pequeños espasmos, sentía que caminaba por una enorme escalera para luego fallar en un escalón y caer al vacío, quizás porque eso era su vida, su maldita vida.

“Okay.” Megumi sighs. “Last night an alien crashed into the woods and I found it.”
Yuji jolts, leans over to stare with wide eyes at Megumi. “An alien?”
“Yeah.”
“From space?”
“Yeah.”
“Is it green?”
“What? No.” Megumi pinches Yuji’s arm. “I’m being serious!"
Or, even from outer space Satoru will adopt those kids. The alien AU only I needed.

Summary

Summary
Satoru behaved strangely even before he went out, but now that he’s back, something is definitely off.
Suguru had moved his reading to his reading chair eventually, but when Satoru texted him that he’s on his way back–way before dinner–Suguru moved back to the couch, to be in perfect touching proximity for Satoru.
Now Satoru has been home for almost half an hour, and he’s passed the couch and Suguru’s spot on there several times already and not once has he reached out for Suguru.
No trailing fingertips, no hair playing, not even any head pats.
Something is bothering Satoru, Suguru is sure of it.
