Summary
The earliest memory Tim had was of his mother’s face, peering down at him with soft blue eyes, backlit by the harsh fluorescent lights of the Drake labs. Tim’s mother was never soft. It made him think his earliest memory might only be a dream, something he came up with on cold, lonely nights to make himself feel better.
When Tim was older, his mother explained placebo effects while Tim went through a chemistry lesson on his tablet. Could a memory be a placebo? Can a child manifest something to make them feel warm, when their environment was nothing but cool steel?
In the end, it didn’t matter. Dreams and memories were both relative to the person remembering them, and as long as it made Tim feel better, like there might be one singular person that liked him, was proud of him…
If androids can dream of electric sheep, then clone boys can dream of having a loving mother.
---------
Tim is a Batman clone, Bruce Wayne figures out how to be more than Batman, Dick Grayson redefines family, and Jason Todd is going to take care of this little creepy, stupid child no matter how scary the assassins trying to get him are.

Summary
Whoever we were before this island is gone.
The memories of every survivor who woke up are gone, leaving them with nothing but their name.
But the body remembers what the mind can't.
Instinct.
Muscle memory.
The particular way each of them moves toward danger instead of away from it.
The island isn't empty. Rescue isn't coming. And something has been watching them since they washed ashore.
Bruce looked at the faces he knew were supposed to be important to him but couldn't remember and made the only call that mattered.
"Whoever we were before the island doesn't matter anymore. We just have to do what we need to survive."

Summary
Jason Todd has spent three weeks planning the perfect operation.
One uninvited Dark Knight later, the plan is on fire — literally — and Jason finds himself behind the wheel of a runaway truck with no brakes, a bomb in the hold, and Batman sitting calmly in the passenger seat.
What Batman does next is either the most infuriating or the most Bruce Wayne thing he has ever done. Possibly both.
He was going to die in a box truck in Gotham City traffic learning to drive stick from a man in a bat costume and it was going to be Bruce's fault and Bruce would feel terrible about it for the rest of his life, and that was almost satisfying except for the part where Jason was dead. Again. Second time.
