Summary
He hesitates outside Spencer’s door.
He shouldn’t.
He absolutely shouldn’t.
But he knocks anyway.
The door swings open and Spencer is standing there, his normally gelled hair is curling around his face, still slightly damp from the shower. His cheeks are flushed, and his oversized Cal Tech shirt shows enough collarbone to momentarily stall Derek’s brain.
All his words turn to mush in his throat.
The Popular Kids, but Derek decides the best way to help Spencer with his nightmares is to be there for them.

Summary
The ditch is about fifteen feet wide and six feet deep. The snow which presumably had covered the bank at one point had melted and pooled at the bottom of the ditch, mixing with the mud to form what was effectively a sizeable puddle that submerged the front half of the car.
The SUV was tipped upside-down, the back two wheels stuck up closest to the road. The sound of muddied water rushing in through the half-opened, driver’s side window threw him into action.
“Hotch! Reid!”

Summary
Slowly over the coming weeks, Dennis healed. It wasn’t linear, he had setbacks several times. His body was still weak, not fully his own yet, but he was close. Jack and Robby couldn’t have been more proud.
It had become normal, for Dennis to sleep in their bed, curled up between the two married attendings, their arms curled around him, gentle pressure that kept him grounded. And wake up to them stroking soft hands up and down his arms, mumbling sweet words of praise in his ear.
They hadn’t spoken about the shift in their dynamic, each of them too scared to put a name to whatever this had become. but they all leaned futher and futher into it.
OR: Jack and robby look after Dennis after his hospitalisation and become… something a little bit more than his bosses.

Summary
Jack crossed the room and leaned down just enough to press a quick kiss to Dennis's forehead before brushing an equally quick one across Robby's temple.
"There," he said. "Everyone's been greeted."
Robby rolled his eyes. Jack looked back at Dennis, taking in the blankets, the way he was tucked into Robby's side, and the faint color that had returned to his face.
"...Can I have my turn?"
OR: Dennis has been sick for three years. The specialists have no answers. The tests keep coming back mostly normal, and he's gotten very good at pretending he can still keep up. Unfortunately for him, his coworkers (and his boyfriends) are starting to notice.
