Aaron, a year after his divorce from Hayley, is finally in a place to start dating again and things take a turn when he meets an interesting and sweet young man named Dr Spencer Reid, the new protege of his old co-worker Gideon.
Note: This is a fantasy, obviously, please don't flame for realism issues around intersex biology/mpreg etc. In this story Spencer is hermaphroditic/intersex and identifies as male. He isn't part of the team yet but works with Gideon in a separate department at first.

Summary
Spencer looks through the holes in the closet as confusion takes Morgan's face. Derek Morgan’s face. His colleague and (maybe?) friend, SSA Derek Morgan. He feels his eyes widen so much it almost hurts. He wants to understand why a shirtless Derek Morgan is apparently expecting to find him, Spencer Reid, in his bed. Weird, nerdy and slender Spencer Reid, in his bed. This doesn't make the tiniest bit of sense.
Spencer hates when things don't make sense.

Four years in which clearly a lot happened, and his team tries to brief him in everything that's relevant, but in his core Spencer knows that they're leaving something very important out of their explanations.

"Are you insinuating that Hotch and I would be a good couple?" He asks, lowering his voice so that their boss, who was standing a meter away, wouldn't hear the conversation.
Derek shrugged his shoulders, smirking. "I'm just saying, Reid, Hotch doesn't like olives, you do and, well--you've always liked theories."
