AFO has taken control of the country and imposed a martial regime, where the Omegas are seen as little more than property for the Alphas to sell and use, and the rest of the citizens are deprived of their Quirks or killed if they disobey him. Izuku is an Omega who has joined the group of rebels known as the League of Villains, led by the former hero Alpha All Might alongside his adopted son Omega Shigaraki Tomura. Meanwhile Katsuki is an Alpha Pro-hero who has destroyed Izuku’s life and that wants to "save" him, even if it would mean depriving the person he loves of the freedom he has earned.Bakudeku centric, but there is also Dabi/Hawk. After the explosive events at his commune, Viktor is captured and taken prisoner by Noxus. Revived by Apex Shimmer, subjugated to experimentation and torture, Viktor is used to develop their weapons via his link to the arcane.
