Unfortunately, his mom was big into the whole ‘high school experience’, so he was in his room trying to figure out how to make his thrift store tux not look like shit. While he didn’t exactly know how a tux was supposed to fit, whatever this was was not that. The only reason Billy gave the slightest shit about how he looked was the possibility of Stu being there.
