Summary
At age five, Harry Potter discovers that the world has a second layer. A hidden one, made of numbers and windows and things that float in the corners of his vision. He doesn't know what it means yet. He doesn't know a lot of things. But he's always been good at watching, and waiting, and figuring out the rules of a game no one told him he was playing.
He'll figure this one out too.
(Or: the one where Harry Potter is not a hero waiting to be discovered. He's something stranger and more deliberate than that. He collects people, and monsters, and truths too sharp to hold safely — and he builds something out of all of it that prophecy never accounted for.)
