Summary
Kitten, sweetie, little miss hunter--Sylus has quite the collection of pet names for his beloved MC, but although she's accepted his love, she feels something is missing. The desire to give him a special pet name of her own, that only she can use flits around in her mind for weeks until the perfect name settles in her heart. Will he accept it? Could such a small thing stir an ancient bond and curse to echo back through the ages? Perhaps our lost time is not as forever buried as we thought.

This is set after the events of Absurdity Unfolds - Death and Rebirth. At the time of writing, Death and Rebirth has not been completed; the most recent finished Chapter is #4, Snow Fades at Day.Also contains spoilers for Sylus' second Myth: Beyond Cloudfall
POV occasionally shifts between MC's perspective (typically written in first person like the game) and that of other characters like Sylus, Luke, Kieran, etc.
Status: Initial arc resolved at the end of Chapter 6. The next segment of their story is told in "Rain (A Min Drage Interlude)" then resumes here in Chapter 7. Further exploration of how they got here appears in other fics within my series!

Set 6 weeks after the night of "Min Drage", this optional interlude explores Sylus and MC's journey through unplanned pregnancy and the grief of miscarriage/pregnancy loss. This topic will be handled with care, and is based heavily upon my own personal miscarriage experience. I'm writing this for me. Future chapters of the main "Min Drage" fic will reference or allude to this, but due to the painful nature of the topic, I'm publishing it as a separate fic to make it easier for folks to make the informed choice to engage with it or not.Series

Summary
Initially started as an alternate take on the "No-Defense Zone"; set after the events of my one-shot "Midnight Stealth (Alternate Run)" and long before my multi-chapter short arc with the same MC, "Min Drage". MC/Sylus are not Together yet, but there's tension and confused longing. They're still competitive, combative, and trying to figure out what they're supposed to be to each other.
Any chapter where sex/sexual acts gets descriptive will be tagged accordingly.
2/27 - The final chapter has been posted, and I've re-named the fic to better reflect the style of my stories and because of how far we expanded past the original No-Defense Zone premise. Summary

But my brain didn't work that way, so I'll continue filling in the timeline with their past/relationship building and their future. Some of the fics were also created as their own entities to make it easier for readers to manage their own content-warning needs (e.g. "Rain (A Min Drage Interlude)". Sometimes canonical events are left as-is in the timeline, other times they go through significant transformations & evolutions (e.g. "As You Wish (AKA No-Defense Zone - Alternate Run)".
