She forgot for a second that she was a coward when it came to her heart’s desire and it was a lapse that she might never forgive herself for.
“Show me,” Wednesday said. Enid stared at her for a second, not comprehending what she was saying.
“What?” Enid asked, certain Wednesday couldn’t have meant what it sounded like.
“Show me what all the fuss is about,” Wednesday clarified.

Summary
Wednesday spends her nights behind a camera lens; Enid, her social media-savvy roommate, spends hers in front of one. But as Enid’s online life goes viral, she drifts further and further out of reach. At first, Wednesday doesn’t care. Why would she? She’s immune to the shallow dopamine drip of likes and followers. Or at least, she tells herself that.
Liking every post started out of spite. Then it became a ritual—a pathetic way of staying connected. And she’s perfectly content to yearn from a distance.
Until Enid posts the caption: “What do you do when the person you want is right there but won’t even look up from their camera?”
And, well, now Wednesday is utterly doomed.

Summary
Enid Sinclair never guessed that being paired with Wednesday Addams for a Lit project in her junior year of college would lead to anything but certain death. At best, some light maiming and a possible boost to her GPA after three weeks of strict research and abject torture.
As they grow physically closer despite all odds, however, is it completely stupid and hopeless for her to dream of more unfolding between them?
Or has she thoroughly misread the signals?

S1 AU. Nevermore is a University. Omegaverse. Divina and Yoko are hilarious back seaters. Enid’s voice is extremely strong and funny. Wednesday is Wednesday. She is seducing the hell out of Enid and Enid has a massive crush on her.
The actual prose quality is through the roof. The first ten chapters are genuinely tantalizing seduction-banter, and what follows is the gratuitous consummation, which is still unfolding. Enid’s high key scared and doesn’t know if it’s a hook up or a get-together so the sex is progressing in halting stages.
