Sure, the LAST time he did that wasn't exactly universally appreciated, but he'd been to hundreds of Eridian conferences since then. He's pretty sure he remembers how to present in English. The Public Speaking Extracurricular Thrum that his pebbles started would be so proud of him!

Thanks to Dr. Grace's scientific advancements both before and especially after his time travel, it would look suspicious if Stratt DIDN'T send him to the UNESCO conference to share his findings with the field. But that means letting him loose in the world for a few days. There are other people out there. Mein Gott, she can feel the headache forming already.
