I had explained the concept to Rocky with a little difficulty. From what I've learned, Eridians are deeply communal people. Solitude was rare, and they didn't seem to mind that one bit. I think I'd go crazy, but I'm also on the more introverted end of the spectrum by human standards.

I really really really love this version of Grace, it never made sense to me that a brilliant scientist would be “forced” to teach middle school as his only fallback plan after leaving academia. There are so many other options out there for his level of genius and education, I 1000% headcanon that he teaches kids because he LOVES it. I LOVE this series man I want to squish Grace so much he’s amazing.
Also the absolute RESPECT put on Eva’s name I am Living for it. She’s such a complicated character and I owe my firstborn both to Sandra Huller for fleshing her out so well in the movie and to fic writers who GET her like this and make me cry about it. She loves humanity so much she’s willing to damn her own soul. what the fuck. ouuuuuuuh Eva Stratt the woman you are
