Summary
The cold metal dug into his skin, flames licking across them. He wished they could burn, he wished he could burn, burn everything, the cage, the people, himself, everything, anything, as long as he could get out. He’d burn the world if he could. He wished he could.
“Exotics! Exotics! Exotics!”
A door slammed open.
The phoenix screeched.
“Marco! What the hell are you doing!? They’re all down, we're getting out of here!” A man was yelling, he was loud, very loud, hair red, red like blood, like fire, he wished his fire was red.
.
.
.Marco has a panic attack, gets stuck in his head, and then gets a hug, in that order.

Summary
Dean only says one word. But when he does, Sam's blood begins to boil. "Dad."
Sam's always considered himself the more level headed out of the three of them, but when John gets mentioned—when his brother turns up for the first time in three years, bleeding and on the verge of tears, Sam sees red. Still, with Dean regressed and only just managing not to bolt, he has to keep his cool.
He licks his lips, "He did this to you?"
Dean ducks his head, his focus on Snaggles now instead of Sam. "I was bad."
OR:
With third year done and law school starting in the fall, Sam should be thrilled--spending his time out celebrating with his long-term girlfriend Jess and their friends. But all that is threatened when his brother turns up out of the blue, regressed and bleeding, with a letter in his back pocket from their father.
