Shane Hollander is the sole Omega within the NHL. He’s been running from his own instincts since the moment he first presented and lives his life akin to that of a Beta; scentless, never nesting, and without a heat cycle. Any failure to conform to these ideals would result in being outcast from his peers and by the league altogether.

Summary

Summary
Ilya didn’t realise he had been holding his breath as the camera held in position for a while, until there was a slow zoom in, closing onto a tiny face that had not developed freckles yet.
“Hello, Shanebug.”
The voice of a younger David echoed in the living room, sucker-punching Ilya across the jaw and kneeing him in the guts.
He barely had time to cover his gasp, clamping a hand over his mouth in an attempt to swallow back the sob that threatened to escape.“Ilya… are you crying?” Shane asked next to him.
Thankfully, the video was paused, which was the perfect occasion for Ilya to burst into tears.Or, Ilya gets some insight on how Shane Hollander came to be.

“Harry.” A familiar voice called out to him, breathless. Even before turning around, Harry knew who he would face and felt warmth and dread in equal measure.
“Tom.”
“Harry, I’ve searched everywhere for you.” Tom cradled Harry’s face in his hands.
“Well,” Harry cleared his throat, laughing a bit at how quickly he became emotional. “You found me.”
“Yes.” Tom was looking at him with dark eyes, devouring his very being with intensity. Harry felt a shock go through his body as he yelped in pain. He went limp in Tom’s arms, who was ready to catch him. “And I won’t ever lose you again.”

Summary
Shane lets Rose drag him along to a concert. The night goes nothing like he expects.
Expectations: The music will be too loud, the crowd too boisterous. He'll have an awful time, but pretend otherwise for Rose's sake while protecting her in the crowd. It'll be fine, Rose will have a ball and thank him for being such a great friend.
Reality: Rose goes crowd surfing, leaving Shane alone and bewildered in the middle of a mosh pit. Until a hot, inexplicably shirtless Russian guy appears out of nowhere to save him.
