“You’re not working right now,” he remarked, interrupting her eremitic repartee with a press of his lips to her open mouth. He felt her breath stutter against his lips, felt the way she shifted in his lap, and relished the wanton moan that rumbled in the back of her throat.
And when he finally pulled away, it wasn’t to ensure inches of distance between their faces. Instead, he closed the gap between his lips and her dazed expression again and again and again. He pressed a flurry of lasting, chaste kisses to every curve and angle and contour of her face, ghosting his lips over the tender skin of her cheekbone, a touch featherlight and just enough so that he could feel the radiating burn of her blush.
“So,” he chirped, quiet and knowing as he let his mouth descend down, down, down until he could feel the jump of her pulse against his lips, until he could feel the subtle bob of her throat as she swallowed another needle, little mewl. “Do you like this?”

It’s not like this was very out of the ordinary. Angel had been coming back from the studio later and later these days. He only ever called to ask Husk to feed Fat Nuggets or keep him company or scratch his ears or whatever inane shit Husk was likely doing anyway.
His voice is gruff as he answers. “‘Ey. I already got your pig in my room for the night.”
“Husk, I need help.”
Angel turns to Husk for help getting out of an especially brutal night in Val’s studio.

Alastor can feel his mating season approaching, creeping over his limbs like an unwelcome, burning frost. And it’s all the fault of the immovable object to his unstoppable force.
His estranged wife. His better half. The only other deer demon that seemed to both illicit and satiate the sudden spike of hormones and arousal of his annual rut.
Unfortunately for him, she’s as stubborn as he is, and is still pissed at him for disappearing without a word for the past seven years.
And for the first time in a long time, Alastor has to rely on his ability to woo her to convince her to spend the duration of his rut with him.
TLDR: actions speak louder than words, and Alastor attempts to seduce his estranged wife over the course of a week leading up to his impending rut.

They were both frozen, a silent stand off until she broke the moment and dashed for him. She grabbed the blade and ignored the burn as it cut her flesh, his blood mixing with her own before she tossed it into the shadows, uncaring of where it landed.
His antlers grew, almost tripling in size as he glared at her, the radio dials glowing ominously in the dimly lit room. A harsh static began to emit from him, filling the room with a warning that she was more than happy to ignore.
"What do you think you're—" he began to growl, the sound distorted and wrong, only to be silenced by her interruption.
"— I should be asking you that. What the fuck did you do?" She demanded, her usually gentle voice had taken on a shrill tone through panicked desperation.

The part of Alastor that he could never grow to like would taunt him each time he tried a new suit, the unwanted appendage would uncomfortably press against the material until all patience left him. The pitiful interview with Vox hadn't been a lie, Alastor doesn't have a tail; not anymore.Series
