Summary
Determined to revive the Southern style of waterbending, Katara travels to the Caldera at Zuko’s invitation to search for information on the Southern Water Tribe in the extensive Royal Library. There she finds a dangerous tangle of political intrigue and civil unrest – and at the heart of it all, a silent stranger in a Water Tribe mask.
(Or, no one ever told Katara that Zuko was the Blue Spirit.)
A Bluetara fic, using the Zutara Week 2020 prompts (for structure, such as it is). Likely going to be around 10 chapters but that is a rough guess.

“Mm.” Yunaka nods, her mouth full. She swallows. “Sure, why not?”
Her tea’s just a touch too bitter, and she picks up her spoon to stir in a splash more milk. She grabs one of the biscuits with jam and takes a bite, before taking another swig of tea to wash it down.
Then what Louis just said hits her like a tomahawk, and she spits out half the tea across the table while the other half goes straight down her windpipe.

Summary
Like a ghost, Alcryst would drift out of his room, silent and smooth. His eyes, that shock of red, always stood out in contrast to his pale skin and dark bags under his eyes. In the moonlight he always seemed to have a dim glow to him-as if he was meant to exist under its soft glow.
He reminds Céline of moonvines.
