Summary
Instead of Rin dying that day at Kannabi bridge, it's Kakashi who falls. Rin and Obito make it home albeit heavily traumatised and Kakashi doesn't, instead, he's dragged away barely alive and subjugated to eight years of torture at the hands of his captors. When he's found, he's been through the unimaginable.
Luckily, he has the whole village to help him get better again. (but it won't be easy).
