Summary
It feels like a challenge—a nod toward yes, this is a game and you’re playing right into it. George doesn’t like that one bit, nor does he want to play into anything. However, he also doesn’t want to lose. He’s not normally one for competitions or the like, but this entire thing is quite literally rigged against him and he’ll be damned if he’s to be humiliated by someone like this.
So, he plays along.
He plays along because he’s angry and frustrated and Sapnap knows something he doesn’t and Dream is hundreds, thousands of miles away from him all over again and he can’t handle being alone with himself for a single second longer.
Thus, George opts to obsess—maybe obsess is a bit much, but he considers it regardless—over the flowers and their sender.
Or, in the week leading up to George's birthday, he recieves bouquets of flowers from an anonymous source. The mystery behind it gets to him.

Summary
George stares at him for a moment before he’s leaning forward on the palms of his hands and grinning wider than the curve of the moon shining behind a curtain of pink-turned-purple. “You think I’m a Betty?” He asks, light and airy as he giggles.
“Wh—I don’t know what that means,” Dream admits. The reds of his cheeks swirl and deepen.
“You think I’m pretty,” George offers.
Dream turns his gaze away, hoping the comforting cool air will hide the way his fingers tremble around the plastic cup in his hand. “I think you’re way more than just pretty.”

Summary
“Who are you?” He tries warily.
“George,” the man says. He’s holding his hands palms-forward as if Sapnap is some kind of wild animal. He might as well be. “George Davidson. I’m the leader of the Human Collection and Rehabilitation Organization.” He repeats, “We’re here to help you.”
Or, Sapnap wakes up from a coma after 14 years and realizes that the world has turned into an absolute shit-hole. He's left navigating the changes and readjusting to a life he was never prepared for. Luckily, things don't seem too bad thanks to a certain someone.

In the distance, he can hear the roaring of thunder clouds rolling in as the wind picks up around them; Dream’s lips are moving, forming addictive words that are much softer, much sweeter than the husky rumble of “I’m all you have.”

“Then—then what are you saying?” Dream’s expression falls, though he carefully turns George’s head towards him to allow their foreheads to rest against one another. “Are you going to leave me?” He whispers, voice breaking ever so slightly but George catches it; he always does.
“I...am,” George hesitates, “but Dream, I still care about you. I want you to be better. That’s why I have to do this, you have to understand.”
Or, Dream and George come to a conclusion.

Day 4: Kidfic
“Welcome to our humble abode, something or other!” Dream steps out and throws his hands up dramatically, gesturing to the front of their house; it’s big, but not too big. Ranboo thinks Goldielocks would find it perfect.
“It’s very pretty,” he says as they step inside. High ceilings, open concept, marble and sleek wooden floorings; it screams expensive. Thankfully, Dream and George are both fucking rich.
Or, Ranboo, Sapnap and Karl’s adoptive son, visits Dream and George in Florida.

“Fancy seeing you here, George.”
The brunet winces, familiarity washing over him as he takes in the smooth sound of the man’s voice.
“Dream,” he returns, sounding wholly displeased. Internally, he swats away any of his previous thoughts; it’s an absolute sin to have thought of Dream in any manner but vile. “I’m surprised you haven’t been murdered yet.”
Or, George runs into his least favorite person in the entire world (Dream) at a masquerade ball and things don’t go as expected.

Day 1: Royalty
“It’s much safer here, Your Majesty.”
The king scoffs, pulling his mantle up and around him to sit comfortably over a wooden crate. “I can assure you,” he says, watching the knight carefully light hanging candles across the walls of the cellar, “that I would be safe wherever you are with me, Dream. They cannot touch you, I know that quite well.”
“I am one man,” Dream responds in a quiet hum. He holds the match to the candle wick and allows it to share the flame before pinching the end out and tossing it into the damp, muddy cracks between the stone flooring. “I would fight for you until my death, Your Majesty, but I am not enough to fight off an entire army. You know that well, also.”
Or, Dream and George, knight and king, hide away in a dark cellar and speak of themselves.
