“Foggy.” He’s near growling now. “I don’t think right now is a good time to talk about this.”
The blond sighs. “Well, when is, Matt? I mean, we never even really discussed the whole hearing heartbeats thing.”
“That’s because there’s nothing to discuss.”
“How can you say there’s nothing to discuss when I know you’re having problems–”
“Foggy, can you just–”
“Uhh… am I interrupting something?”
Matt and Foggy both quickly snap their mouths shut, bickering silenced. A woman is in front of them, tall and thin, with wispy hair that catches a draft easily. She smells like ozone, like the air just before a thunder storm.
Foggy clears his throat. “No, sorry. Just… reviewing legal strategies.”

One where Matt and Foggy go to Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, to see if they can't get some good publicity for their firm as pro-mutants. Charles Xavier takes one look at Matt's broody ass and isn't taking any of his shit.
