Finding your soulmate was like finding a needle in a haystack. It was possible, it happened, but Castiel knew of people who went their whole lives never finding their soulmate. So why bother putting much thought into it? That was how the alpha felt until he went to stop a group of alphas from attacking an omega and woke up with a soul mark on his bicep. With his soulmate nowhere in sight, Castiel knew it was a race against the clock to find the omega before it was too late.
