Ash Ketchum is a young boy that decides he wants to be a trainer, and sets off on an adventure with his buddy Pikachu.
The twist?
Ash is a Pokémon, and nobody suspects a thing. He isn't even trying to hide it, people just see the hat and the jacket and assume he's a very short human instead of a talking Pichu.

Summary
Ash has just finished helping Greninja get rid of enough of the Vines around the Kalos region and is finally on his way home to rest, taking all of his pokemon with him. Ash didn't like the idea of leaving his pokemon in this region and he knows he wont want to come back, so he makes one final round through Kalos to say goodbye to everyone and collect his pokemon to take back with him.
As soon as he lands in Kanto, Ash gets a call from Prof. Oak about hhis pokemon and makes a choice that will change many things for his future.

Summary
After the Kalos Region, Delia chooses a vacation for her and her son, Ash. Little does she know, Ash will be left there, in the care of Professor Kukui, and Ash, who will have to work through his pain piece by piece.
A retelling over his entire journey through the Alola Region.
(I edited the first episode, but it’s still basically the same thing, along with some canon divergence and moreover angsty timeline, involving the trauma of each region. Many episodes are placed and tweaked inside the fic, but there is a lot of canon divergent chapters.)
