    The vampire pressed a hand to the wall, slipping it under Kara’s arm. “Was there something else?” she whispered, hissing through her teeth. “That you wanted from me.”

    “N-no,” Kara stuttered, eyes wide. Lena hummed, looking up, knowing that the bare edges of her eyes could be seen under the mask, hints of red and hunger peeking through the black glass.

    “I don’t think I believe you,” Lena whispered, breath hot across Kara’s neck as she leaned in. The Kryptonian woman shuddered, a tremor wracking her body as the other arm settled in, just above Kara’s shoulder. Pinning her in place; holding her still. “I saw the way you looked at me, you know. How much you enjoyed watching me drink from her. Would you like to know what it feels like? I could show you, if you let me."
