Summary
Celine Stedman is determined not to sit idly by, nor to rely solely on the immense destructive power of experimental quantum bombs, knowing the Viltrumites will one day lay siege to Earth.
The solution, of course, is to hone her half-Viltrumite prisoner into a force to be reckoned with in Earth's defense.
Her methods would doubtless raise a few eyebrows, if anyone but Donna knew. But she doesn't mind failing to be a good woman, if it means she's the woman who saves the world.
