“Fingerprint? When did you even get my fingerprint?” He looked at his hand, expecting something? He doesn’t remember getting fingerprinted. I guess the nurses must’ve gotten it when they were patching Izuku?
“Oh. Right— uhm, one of the medics had a quirk for that.” A lot of people apparently have this ‘quirk’. That would kind of make sense, I mean quirk is just another word for weird, which is another word for crazy. I knew it was some kind of code, they’re just telling me who the crazy people are.
“Yeah…uhm, yeah— a ‘Quirk’. Right. That. Got it.”
“Yeah, uhm, That.” He’s looking at Izuku like a toddler who doesn’t know their abc’s. “We checked and uhh— well we found your name but. It’s saying that you’ve been reported missing—” Obviously? He was about to say so until- “For 130 years.”

Izuku was born before the dawn of quirks, so imagine his surprise when he's suddenly teleported somewhere and gets saved/ captured by a delusional hobo ninja telling him he's a hero with a quirk.

“Caine?” Pomni asked again. The orb drifted up and down in a nod. “How do I know it’s you? Why do you look so…” Small, weird, different. She’d been anticipating seeing a Caine clawing at the walls, or crying, or yelling. How ever she imagined finding Caine, he looked like, well, Caine. Not this.

The plan was simple: undelete Caine, get the Circus back up and running, and place some restrictions so Caine couldn't mess with them.
Unfortunately, Caine and the Circus are a little more complicated than meets the eye.

Izuku Midoriya is quirkiness...Technically. He can see things that no one else can. He can see people's guardian spirits. The same spirits that fuel quirks and give humans their power. The same spirits that won't leave him alone. And I guess you could say that's how he got here. Wrapped up in a hero investigation and an underground drug ring. All he wanted was to help restore people's quirks that had been taken by these new quirk bullets.. but noting really can be that easy.
