When he looked in those eyes, as expected, his breath stopped again. He felt like he was in pain and at peace all at once. Yoichi was looking at him as if he was the fragile one, gratitude and regret written all over his face. It was to be expected, one of the precious possessions of the Demon King hadn’t known a moment entirely his own for all his life.
He wasn’t willing to ruin that for him, no matter what. For now, he belonged to Yoichi Shigaraki, and that meant the fight couldn’t end.
