Summary
Abster’sine wakes up with a fever, body aching and with a splitting headache, and realize that their worst fear has come to pass; ceremorphosis.
But they can’t stop, the Sword Coast still needs saving and they’ll have to figure out their new life as they go along, with the help of their mysterious benefactor; the Emperor.
Two lone Illithid find themselves drawn to each other, one new to all of this, the other seeking companionship and understanding.
But where is the line between the self and their new Illithid instincts.

Summary
What kind of illithid colony chose not to cull an illithid as outrageously aberrant as the Emperor? How did it relearn the secret to building nautiloids, long-lost technology from the age of illithid dominion? Who was the Absolute, before it was the Absolute?
Tav remembers. They are one of the last thralls of the original colony, from before the madness seized the brain. Soon, they will be reborn as another nameless illithid, another cog in a senseless machine, no past, no present, no future. But then the voice of the Absolute falls silent. The nautiloid crashes. And Tav remembers what was lost.

Summary
Adjusting to life as a mind flayer is difficult, especially when Moss feels emotions with their entire body, and the thoughts of strangers keep physically bumping into them. The mixed opinions of the public - and of their companions - certainly aren't helping, either. But the battle is won, and at least the Emperor is here to mentor them as they help him rebuild the city.
Maybe he'll even hold their hand.A post-game fix-it story about learning to be illithid, but also rebuilding, reconnecting, and rediscovery. Everyone deserves to be happy, the Emperor most of all. Grab a page of acrostics, a bowl of soup, and maybe a toothbrush for the nauseatingly teeth-rotting fluff of this absolute character worship novel I've written for our sorely misrepresented big squid.
Established post-game Emps/illithid genderless Tav, second-person POV via Tav, NOT a reader/self-insert/blank slate Tav story.
