Summary

Summary
When a training exercise accidentally lands the freshly-minted Team Seven in the Land of Rain, the stakes of their little practice mission abruptly get a lot higher. Amegakure, paranoid as it is, isn’t all that thrilled to have S-rank foreign shinobi Kakashi of the Sharingan wandering into the country unannounced, after all.
Consequently, Kakashi is taken captive and marched off to Amegakure for interrogation and probably execution. Sakura, mistaken for a fugitive criminal, is taken captive along with him. Sasuke and Naruto are left behind, left to fend for themselves and forced to learn how to work together in order to rescue their teammates.
As they’re transported towards an unpleasant fate in Amegakure, Sakura and Kakashi will have to adapt quickly if they want any chance of escaping. Sakura will have to find her confidence as a shinobi, while she’s surrounded by people who don’t even believe she is one. And Kakashi will have to teach her how to do that, despite how unused he is to his role as a teacher.
The odds are against them in many ways. In spite of that, each member of Team Seven will fight tooth and nail to defend their brand-new teammates’ safety.

Some of it got in his hair again. Kakashi didn't like the stains the blood left in his light hair but knew it was useless to bother getting it out when he would just get drenched in the viscous liquid again in a matter of hours. His eyes were glazed over and his chest was heaving from the force of his heavy breaths. She stood there frozen, unsure of what to say or do.
How could things have gone so wrong?

A simple mission goes horribly wrong and Team-7 find themselves stuck in the wilderness injured and facing demons from Kakashi’s past. It escalates from there, leaving them mixed up in a plot to drag Konoha into war and tear a fragile peace in two.
